That is why it's important to get a smart charger. I have been using a smart charger for about 1 years now and still have those AA and AAA batteries. Batteries sometimes get pretty hot, but no damage even after 100 cycles.
I have got some of these dynacharger (so-called duracell ) batteries. Frankly speaking, they are craps. I used 900mA charge current to charge them and suddenly found 50% of batteries leaking and dirt my charger. later on, I compared them with my panasonic 1300maH AA. I was so disappointed...
