LOL so much for comments by the Anandtech clowns eh........no wonder everyone now goes to www.asusboards.com for the straight poop on hardware vs the paid sales pitch.
Nuff said Grumpy Man.......if you cannot trust reviews then why even bother to have review sites up unless to fill the coffers of hardware mfgs eh. I just wanted to hear what Anandtech staff had to say about being mislead by Gigabyte and allowing the review to go unchanged.
Like many who read the "glowing" review by Anandtech about the new Gigabyte GA-8SG667 motherboard I busted my hump to purchase one. Well now lets get our ducks in a row eh:
#1 Anandtech review clearly stated that when released the motherboard would support voltage adjustments.......it didnt...
I just purchased a GA-8SG667 and have to tell you that the "promised" upgrade in BIOS never appeared per the Anandtech review.
No voltage settings or latency control or AGP size. Mine came with the ver 2 BIOS which I had to flash to version 3 which was the one Anandtech did the review on with...
