Help confirming componets for new I7 PC Build

As others have noted- the 970 is supposed to be competitive with the 780, but with much lower power usage and correspondingly running much cooler, so it might be worth waiting until later in the week.

An addendum to ther00kie16's post, which is absolutely correct: If you want to go the formatting route, note that it is possible to slipstream XP with service pakcs (search google to find easy instructions to do so). That way you won't have to track down a newer XP CD than your own.

Because MS decided that in the choice between random crashes from poorly written software and drivers (nVidia, I'm looking at you) and the restriction of well under 4GB, the consumer OS should have the restriction of well under 4GB.
