8RDA+ Question IMORTANT! Unlock higher multipliers for a 2700XP?

First does it unlock the higher multipliers for the 2700XP like the Asus board? Which is the best bios for attaining high FSBs? I own a Asus and just bought the Epox ( on its way from newegg ) because of the higher cpu voltages, i just dont want to endup putting in the wrong board for high Ocing.
