The title speaks for itself-- when I connect my external HDD to my MacBook, I can read files, but can't modify the drive's contents whatsoever. When I get info about the drive, it says that I don't have write permission. If anyone could tell me how I can unlock it in Mac OSX, that would be...
I'm going to college next year in Virginia, but I live in Maine. I plan to bring my cell phone down there and keep my number. I have a computer repair business that I plan on continuing in VA... what I want to know is, should I get a new phone with an area code in VA so it will be easier for...
Well supposedly at one point on the 4th Dell had the base price down to $415 so you could get it for cheaper, but they raised it before I got in on the deal.
That's not true; you can find the coupon code and apply it in your cart. I did it with the Casio. Unfortunately, I got it when Dell raised the price up to $449 without coupons; it used to be $415 without copons.
Supposedly, they've fixed those issues with the newer Exilim. Colors are actually TOO saturated by default and need to be turned down in a menu for optimal results.
Dell Home has the Casio EX-Z750 camera for $449. Apply the 15% off select digital cameras and the $60 off $500 or more E&A coupons to bring the price down to $323. Use the $30 off $300 if you don't want to add $50 of filler to your cart. Expires Thursday!
Hm... What coupon are you talking about? Best E&A coupon I can find is $60 off $500.
EDIT: nevermind, found it.
EDIT2: Price now up to $275 WITH coupon. Only warm now as you can get it for $300 shipped from NewEgg.
Excellent, excellent cans at a great price. I paid $80 for mine a few years ago-- they're still holding strong! I did buy some Shure E3c's though so that I could listen to music while riding the lawnmower. But for listening in a quiet environment, these are awesome. Great sound and sooooo...
Well yeah if I put my ear really close to the speakers it is VERY noticeable. It is just barely noticeable, but still there and distracting when I'm not right next to them. All I know is that my old speakers (Logitech Z5300) did NOT do this. The Logitechs seemed MUCH better crafted overall...
OK actually these are starting to piss the hell out of me now. I might just sell them before I go off to college; but I really don't know how long I can stand listening to the hiss anymore :-(. Well I suppose it's a good white noise to have to distract me from my tinnitus.
Came in sealed retail box; it emits it regardless of the volume. My Shure e3Cs do this too, though, so I think they might just be so good that they pick up the noise from the soucdcard outputs. The noise is not really audible when stuff is playing and the speakers sound DAMN good.
I received my speakers today. Wow, they emit a VERY audible hissing noise out of all channels A bit disappointing but they sound good as long as you're playing something through them.
GRRRR WTF. I tried to put my AT&T subscription service SIM into it and it says "please insert correct SIM." Now I could understand this if it were not an AT&T or Cingular card, but come on! It looks like it's locked for Cingular's prepair cards. This sucks; time to get ANOTHER new phone. If...
Like I said before, "Just tell me this-- why is EVERYONE on American Airlines Flight 77 dead?!? Including Barbara Olsen, news reporter and wife of senator Ted Olsen. Period. Wow."
Grrr no, just go look at Creative's site. It isn't JUST for use with these speakers; you can use it with others as well. All I meant is that it DOES work with the Megaworks. When the Megaworks came out there was NO STANDARD for 6.1 systems, so Creative had to do SOMETHING! Give them a break!
No, you're wrong here. The receiver allows you to connect ANY audio source to it, then the receiver goes into the speakers. The receiver I'm talking about is one that Creative makes specifically for use with these speakers.
They have the "piece of crap proprietary creative plug," but you can get a receiver for about $100 that accepts SPDIF connections and connects to these speakers flawlessly.
Oh my God. You have to be kidding me. Just tell me this-- why is EVERYONE on American Airlines Flight 77 dead?!? Including Barbara Olsen, news reporter and wife of senator Ted Olsen. Period. Wow.
