When the velocity of the bullet is finally zero (10 seconds later), it begins to fall, place under an accerlation by gravity, 9.8m/sec. Thus when it hits the ground...

    Well, you got to remember, it's falling out of the sky, so it's under going accerlation due to gravity, whatever force it had coming out of the pistol is long gone. And a 9mm isn't that heavy at all, so the wound wouldn't be that horrible, but the guy is pretty damn lucky anyway.

    you kinda do. Your NVG sorta white out, and in the dark that would ruin your nightvision. Hence the newer models have a slight delay, cuts off the image if it detects a spike in light intensity.

    There's always the option of setting up QoS, setting ICMP pings to the higher priority, HTML, SSH, Telnet, FTP (that's browsing, FTP transfer takes place at a different port) to second, gaming third and the rest last. Here's more info on QoS http://qos.ittc.ukans.edu/

    What software did you use to burn the VCD? If I remember correctly, Nero and adaptec burns it with different names, your vcd player might be picky about that.

    Oh a/c line, would help if I read the post. If I remember right, for AC circuit is V = IZ, z being impedance. Think you can use an inductor or perhaps even a transformer and that would change your current, although not sure if you can use a transformer without making changes your voltage as well.
