try going to MANILA, PHILIPPINES.... you'll be stuck in 4hours or more of traffic and you'll know why....... :confused:
i think many crimes in russia aren't reported that's why they had a low rating..... i guess it's like that in many other countries.... it's either people are too poor to even react or they just dont care unless it's they themselves are the ones involved

when i was younger, everyone (from grandparents to great grandchildren) gather for a big dinner party during christmas eve... at the strike of 12 midnight, the older kids get to launch their show on "firecrackers"... we treat new years eve in the same manner too... both christmas day and new...
