The 1800fp has both VGA and DVI input and appears to be worth the same or more than the E193FP based on my unscientific analysis of EBAY sales. I do not see a DVI input on the E193FP.
Be careful with Paypal, because they can use a stolen credit card, pay you and two months later Paypal reverses the payment. You are left without item and payment.
