So many problems, Thermaltake couldn't make it better since the Xaser II...
I would suggest to wait till next year, your four brands aren't the only, and better ones will come soon...
Till now you really can't find a good set in the US, but time will change it...;D
What do you think about that tiny thing here? I think it will reach the US soon... already shipped to Europe. Price will be around 25$ I guess...

When you dont have another chance, you need to drill some new holes. What else you can do? you can also use a PSU with only one fan. But the Aluminium of Skyhawk is so cheap that you can drill the holes with a toothpick.
Chieftec got cases in all sizes... I dont know now which models are sold in the US, but probably you will find it when you know the name of the case first, www.chieftec.com ;)

i think you should just put some paper between cage and mounting. just stabilize the cage that it cant move anymore. with 7200 rpm shouldnt be a big noiseprob....
its dufficult with aluminium... the best would be you can make it with a kinda tool for a drilling machine...
for alu you have to know that you need faster rpm. so try to make it somehow faster ;)

Better tape the metal befor you cut.
Best Blowhole positions are in the sidepanel, top, back (as far there isnt a good one). When you just cut a little one (80mm) then better use a Dremel, otherwise when you are cutting big ones, use a jigsaw.
Its right that Lian Li is copying all the Cooler Masters... but hey, thats business... Cooler Master is much longer in this business and they're producing good quality. But good quality costs.
But, never heard of Chenming, sorry. Companies like Antec just buying the cases from little...
