Touchstone, I have the same components you have (P5WDH, E6600, and Corsair XMS2 6400C4). The RAM is rated at 2.1V. If you disable SPD timings, you need to give it 2.1V when you set it to 4-4-4-12. I am running mine at 350 FSB and memory ratio at 1:1.

Thanks for the advice, Kwint. I think the E6600's multiplier is 9x (266 MHz x 9 = 2.4GHz). By setting the FSB to 350MHz, the E6600 will be running at 3.15GHz. Is this correct? It would be awesome if I can get it over 3.0GHz.
