I do go for longer bike rides (did a few century rides) but I don't see those as terribly intense cardio workouts because I usually average between 12-15 mph.

burning issue

49 C is a fine temp. A 2X burner? That's pretty damn old. I'm willing to bet that the burning software simply cannot fully recognize/work with that burner. Why not pick up a new one? Even the fastest ones can be had for under $50. Check out the Hot Deals forum.

Fan control question

I need some kinda of system to control fan speed. I was looking at some Rheostats, but I noticed they are all 3 pin connections. All of the fans I need to control have 4 pin connections. Do they make rheostats for 4 pin connections?
