Law Beefaroni, Ask to speak to the sales manager, and be firm about the logic of 1 UPC, and both rebates demanding the original packaging, he shouldl give you an onsite rebate for the compusa rebate, remember you have to be firm!!!

Harry K, yes the serial # of the hard drive is on the Compusa reciept, and the the original packaging UPC bar code!!! And both compusa and maxtor rebates say "Compusa Purchase Only".

Compusa Maxtor rebates are only for Compusa, as stated on each rebate, and remember they both state that must have the Original packaging Upc bar codes, each saying in writing " NO COPIESOF UPC BAR CODE" or rebate will not be honored. Be firm with the manager and he will give you an onsite...
