Can Asus P4C800-E Deluxe's onboard LAN be disabled?

Greetings, I've been looking at getting this motherboard to upgrade my current machine and have a 2.4 ghz wireless network in my house which requiers me to use the D-Link wireless NIC in my new chassis. Since the P4C800-E Dlx comes with onboard NIC's, can they be easily disabled in the BIOS...

IE Window resizing

Make sure that in Windows Explorer the status bar is set (View->Status Bar), once that is done for some unknown reason the IE Status Bar will also remain once set. Don't even ask me why. :D Regards

Uninstall Outlook Express!

WinXP, how to change the size of QuickLaunch Bar?

Methinks you've got the Taskbar locked. Right click in a clear Blue section of the Taskbar, uncheck the Lock the Taskbar option, resize your quick launch bar and re-lock. Regards

Video wont skip forward

You don't provide a lot of info, but if you are using Windows Media Player >= 7.0 and a ASF file or so, then this is "correct" behaviour. WMP 6.0 allowed you to move around on ASF files, and it would take a couple of seconds to sync up, but the new version of WMP don't allow such functions...

That envelope appears in both Outlook and Outlook Express and is gotten by enabled Mail Notification under either of those programs options. I'm not sure if I've seen that envelope without MS Outlook running. Perhaps it was minimized. That would make sense...Regards

Wolfenstein install error

I have the exact same problem. I bought the collector's edition and as I do the install, it gets to one *.pak file and then fails. I will try disabling everything and see if that works..Regards

Which one is better SuSE Linux Professional Edition v8.0 or Mandrake Linux - Standard Edition v8.2

SuSE Professional is very slick. If you have access to it, definitely try that out. Mandrake is good, a very polished Red Hat really. I really liked SuSE when I played with it a little bit at work. I've traditionally used Red Hat..Regards

How do you disable "Confirm Delete" in Windows Explorer?

Antec SX1030 on AMD XP

I bought the Antec SX-1040 case with the 400 watt power supply for my Dual Athlon machine..the price difference between the ~350 watt and 400 watt was marginal enough for me to go on the safer side.. So just get the 400 watt power supply..Regards

BTW, in your initial post you are not passing value by reference, but rather by value. If you did "change (&value);", then you would passing it by reference.. You don't necessarily need to use new/delete for a array, and not usually with static values. If you have an idea of how big your array...
