Ouch, GL w/ that. I had it happen to me a few months a go on my Mits 42". I replaced the convergence ICs but wasn't able to totally fix the issue. The problem I had was the red convergence just plain went crazy on the right side of the screen. I was kinda upset that I barely got three years...
I saw that one, but I would be curious to know some precise measurements to ensure the heatsink would have proper clearance. Its look like a nice case especially for the price, but I would like to see some detailed measurements.
I have been following this mobo closely. I having a hard time finding a case that will accomodate it. The problem I see with alot of cases is the use of a pci riser card and limited clearance for a heatsink under the psu. The biggest problem is the heatsink clearane imho. I have found two...
I installed V64 Ultimate on a Bad Axe 2 w/ 4 sticks of 1024 MB Crucial ballistix pc8000. No problems whatsoever.
Have you ever thought that maybe you have a bad stick of ram?
A vertical stripe, one that goes from top to bottom, would lead me to believe that you have a dirty scanner bed or something underneath your scanner bed glass. If the latter is the case, then it should show up whenever you copy something solid. A solid copy should illustrate the stripe.
I have had this PS for about 1.5 years and I have been very pleased with it. I paid about 160 bucks for it when I purchased it to replace a dead Antec Neopower 480.
I have used it in two different systems.
The current system that it powers is....
Xeon 3060 @ 3.4
Bad Axe 2
Geforce...
I have a LJ 2600n that I am still waiting on 64 bit Vista drivers for. The 1600n and 2600n are pretty much the same printers, except for a few differences. (Ethernet, Included Toners)
To my knowledge we are still out of luck. The 2600n will work w/ 32 bit Vista w/ the XP driver...
For your budget many of the color lasers will have an decent cost per page. Although many of the lasers in this price range will offer a better cost per page than many inkjets, you may want to consider a commercial inkjet. For about 200 you can get a HP Officejet (single function) 5400. This...
I would suggest HPs new aio's that will be released in the next week or so.
They are simply the best inkjet aios that money can buy.
The L7000 series are sweet and the consumables costs are unmatched by any inkjet printer using OEM consumables.
Hp press kit for L7000 series
I would vote to upgrade your printer. Most of the newer color laser printers are single pass (AKA in line) which print faster. You current printer is a 4 pass color laser, and the four pass color lasers are slower, noisier, and wear their drums much quicker.
This deal is smoking for those looking for a smaller flat panel TV. If this thing had a cablecard slot I would order one for the bedroom. I don't like the idea of a set top box in the bedroom if the TV was to be wall mounted.
Smoking DEAL!!!!
Check out Crutchfield for better pics and...
About the Custom 110, YOU ARE RIGHT THEY ARE DIFFERENT than the regular ones. There is MORE ink in them, exactly as my previous post stated.
If you are looking for a nice 4x6 compact printer, this one fits the bill nicely!
The printer does use the 110, but one should not buy the 110 catridge itself. One should purchase the 110 photo value kit. The kits including ink and paper work out to be between .24 and .29 per print. These are very high quality prints for a 4x6 printer.
The above post about the ink...
Has anyone had their order shipped? I ordered a GTX and I am waiting for it to ship. I have a friend who ordered a GTS, before the deal went public on the forums, and his shipped the next day. I am curious on how long Dell will sit on my order before they decide to ship/backorder it.
I...
This is holding off my 8800GTX purchase. I think it BS that they sent this card out to be reviewed then not have it available at all. I can understand limited quantities, but this is vaporware at this point.
I want one bad!!!
Has anyone seen one anywhere other than a review site?
The whole idea of the enthusiast of computing is really cool. I consider myself an enthusiast, but OMFG, $400 for a motherboard. This is absolutely insane. In my opinion enthusiast pricing is getting out hand. I am not speaking from a cash constrained position, but a position of common sense...
MX 1000 4tw, the MX rev is much smaller in my opionion. I have both, and have large hands myself. I actually only use the MX Rev w/ the notebook to LAN. I don't use it much on my desktop, because I like the large feel of the MX1000.
The post office has not been funded by taxpayer money since the late 70s early 80s. They USED to be funded by taxpayer revenue but are no longer funded by your taxes.
After wearing my current headset for an extended period of time it makes my ears hurt. I find myself taking the headset off and putting it around my neck after about an hour of use. This kinda defeats the purpose of a headset when I can't stand to use it and resort to turning my speakers back...
What your teachers says is party true. It doesn't make Inkjets better, it just makes them depend on the host computer. One reason they are so cheap is they lack the processing and ram features that laser printers usually have. The computer then does the processing.
I use both. Its really a tought pick. Sometimes ZZF sits on my order for one day, and newegg usually ships the same day I order.
Newegg I hear has a pretty good RMA process too.
They are both GREAT companies. I usually order my CPUs from ZZF and everything else from Newegg. Newegg...
Looking to get rid of further cable clutter and I was curious to see if anyone had tried this device.
SATA Adapter
I own two IDE PX-716a burners and I would to try these out. Anyone have an luck?
It pisses me off when stores advertise products they don't have. Not only can I not order on the website, but it is not available in any store in my area. Why have a sale for an item that you don't have? The item doesn't say "out of stock", it says coming soon. Why put a product on sale that...
The HP 2170 and 2210 models had issues with USB that were fixed via firmware. I would email HP, even if you are out of warranty they still will provide email and onlice chat support.
I second the HP 2600n. I own one myself.
This printer is not slow. It has one of the fastest warmup times in its class. Many color laser/led printers at this price point have a long warmup time before the first page comes out. The black speed is lower than many printers in its class...
