Question Streaming to TV from Windows 10 via HDMI Display problem

I have an HP Evvy laptop and an LG OLED77C2PUA Smart TV. When I stream live content from the laptop to the TV via an HDMI cable both displays are n landscape mode but the tv display is rotated 90 degrees. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I haven't been able to find a setting or the laptop...

Real-Time Video Stitching

Does anybody know of a program that can real-time stitch video feeds from 2 cameras? I'd like to create a full 180 degree FOV video stream using 2 cameras that would overlap. Then I'd like to feed the combined stream to a distribution site like The Cube. Any ideas or suggestions?
