The other point is that she originally seems to have posted her comments on her blog, which no one reads.

It was only when this photographer chose to post the image from her flickr account or whatever--instead of the one that she provided--that this became a big deal. Sure, she gave him access, so I don't see how she is absolved of blame....but I do have issues criticizing people with a legit illness.
