It should cost about 60-80 bucks. Theman told me about a foxcon one...but...mmmm...
The seasonic S12-380 is too "small" and there are another choises like the OCZ Modstream, etc but ive havent heard any thing good about them...

For the components you will be using, that Seasonic will do the job just fine.

Multilangual people are always fun...

Personne veut m'aider?

Wil niemand me helpen?

Now, about your system... It looks very good, although you could easily buy yourself a bigger single hard disk than coupling two in a RAID mode... Someone's in for overclocking... If you can spend a little more, take yourself an AMD Athlon X2 3800+, dual core is the future (and it will overclock very good too, don't worry...)

Ditch the Seasonic and get yourself an Antec SmartPower 2.0 500W, it's cheaper, it's modular and even more powerful, while being very silent as well... If you want something even more silent, pick the TruePowers... A TruePower 2.0 430W will cost you $ 30 less... That should almost suffice to get you a X2...

The RAM is very fast, and 1GB will still suffice for now...

You didn't mention it anymore, but get yourself a cheap and pre-overclocked eVGA 7800GT, you'll get a free Quake 4 with that one right now!

The HSF is very good, but consider a ThermalTake Big Typhoon (damn they don't sell them on Newegg), or a ThermalTake Blue Orb II as well, they're in the same price range, but are even better...

Dew!

EDIT: Does Newegg ship to Chile?
EDIT²: Newegg sells the Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro for $ 34.99 now... This one is undisputably one of the best coolers for AMD 64 at the moment, and it doesn't cost as much as the others... Here and here you can see it battling other high-end coolers...

Im gonna buy an Opteron 148. (and in the next months will de AM2 apear, so......

The Smartec SmartPower sounds good...have you tested it? or any good review? (google....)

ah...Im going to buy the Blou ORB II, is fast the same think than the ARTic, but is bbeatifuller

No..newegg.com doesnt ship to Chile...my fathers is traveling next week..and....

well im not shure if I should get a 6800GS or 7800GT, because next year will DX 10 appear, and I would lose a great inversion.....can the gs move "hard" graphics"? wich one have a better image quality?

ok, get this power supply its very good, and very, very cheap.

do you multi task a lot? if you dont, its better to stick with the 7800GT and 3700+ especially if you play games mostly.

the 516 is slightly overclocked, and has a copper heatsink. the 515 is just stock with a normal heatsink. there is also a 517 that has a really big overclock, but i dont think its worth the cost.

I agree. Kick ass powersupply. Powers my overclocked X2, overclocked 7800GT etc, granted I am not running 30 opticals and 27 harddrives.

I got one of those. They are actually a 400 watt, 450 is PEAK (says it right on the PSU)

The Fortron is a cheap and very good power supply... Get whatever 7800GT that is cheapest, they're all very good, and can be seriously overclocked...

A 6800GS isn't bad, but isn't as powerful as the 7800GT... Don't worry, after some overclocking it will give you very high performance for a very low price... This one is a great value for money... Feature-wise, it's absolutely the same as the 7800GT...
