Seems like Dell's online status is delayed.
I ordered and cancelled two orders yesterday and was told via email this morning that they didn't catch the order in time. I was told to refuse both order (which they gave me tracking numbers to). I went online to Dell and see what the status say. Guess what....no package tracking information (ie UPS/Fedex tracking number).
So I guess they do have the info, but the site is delayed. Keep in mind that unless you are positive that it is shipped, calling to get the info MAY cause the rep to tack on the shipping cost again.
