Continued from the very, very long Freebies thread Part Quatre.

To make the move easier, I moved the most recent posts from the previous thread to this one. Please check the last pages of the previous threadf or older posts and replies, and continue your posts and replies in this one.

---

We know there are a lot of computer junkies out there who just can't afford stuff because of school expenses or because mom and dads budget is too tight. Many of us have all kinds of goodies sitting around and often we just need some odd little piece of hardware that's difficult to find. This is where you can get them for free. In order for this thread to work we're going to need a little generosity.

Rules:

If you request something or receive an item from someone please give back to the thread.

Don't be greedy.

Post the name of the person that gets your item.

New members should offer something before making a request.

Try to offer items that people have use for.

It's free so recipient pays shipping.

When paying through Paypal please add 2.9% + $0.30 in paypal fees. These would otherwise be sellers fees but since there is no 'seller' the buyer should pay this fee.

Be generous.

Only freebies, no selling or trading.

No spamming/advertising

Take advantage of Heatware. -- (just a suggestion)

Have fun!

Everything is free, + shipping. I prefer paypal. I'm really busy with school/work, so It may be a few days for me to get items shipped.

Looking for:

PLEASE, anyone with a dead vid card, anything with a HSF, please let me know, I will take it off your hands for you.

DVD-RW drive, CD drive, Combo drive, basically anything to replace my ugly grey thing that sticks out of the front of my case. Anything that burns CD's will work. If it reads/writes DVDs, its just that much better

3.5mm normal headphone extender, male connector on one end, female on the other.

Generic black keyboard. usb or ps/2, everything in my system is black except my keyboard and my cd drive. any generic, off brand board will work. multimedia keys are always nice.

3.5" or 5.25" front bay panel. anything with USB, firewire, fan controllers, etc would be awesome. Black is preferable. I'm willing to pay or trade for one.

This is kind of a longshot, but does anyone have a 15gig hard drive from a dell dj15 mp3 player? mine just died on me and I don't want to give up on it quite yet. I'll add some money if it sweetens the deal

Anti-static bags, preferably ATX motherboard sized
