Free Tatung COMPstation U series UltraSPARC 2 (Ultra2) 300MHz, 512MB RAM, Creator 2d (NOT 3d) graphics card, fiberoptic NIC (not sure of the type or speed), CDROM and 4GB hard drive for anyone who wants it. One CPU but will take a second which can be had cheap on Ebay. I will ship it for $50 but I recommend it simply go to someone in the area, you can pick it up for free in the Marlborough, MA area.

I did get the HD wiped, so no worries about that. You'll have to install your own OS but Solaris can be downloaded for free and Linux also works on it so that's no issue.

IIRC Windows 95 will run on a 486/33 or better - actually I ran it on my 486/50 and a 486/33 with a 66Mhz "turbo" upgrade.

If anybody has this in their junk box, I really need a copy of windows 3.1. Thanks to all the people here who have helped with small ide drives also. I am working on an old 486 miltary computer upgrade. I have the dos, but my copy of windows is gone.

"Windows for Workgroups v. 3.11" was the last pre-Windows95 version.
Windows 95b might run on a 486 machine, however.

Windows for workgroups 3.11 disks 1-8 (I don't know if that's all of them. were there 13 disks or was that windows 95??)
Windows 3.1 Disk 6
Windows 3.0 Disks 2-7
MS DOS 6.2 Upgrade Disks 1-3
MS PowerPoint 4.0 Disks 1-11

If interrested, I may be able to find the other disks any are missing. All are as-is. I have no idea whether or not they're corrupted, they've been sitting in a box for 10+ years. I have no floppy drive right now to test them.

edit: Also adding a windows 98 SE original boot disk (if you really want to oem stuff)
