Looking for a Socket A (462) CPU or two. Pretty much any speed will do; I need to test some motherboards. I had a 1Ghz Athlon Thunderbird in my old parts pile, but it turns out it was dead (none of the motherboards boot with it). After testing, the CPU will be put in an older motherboard/system to be donated.

Anyone have an adapter to connect an IDE hard drive to a SATA II port? Putting together a system for a friend, and I didn't notice the motherboard I bought only has 1 IDE channel, which is currently taken up by the dual optical drives, and he wants to use his old IDE HD from his dead system as a backup/storage.

Maybe a little of a long shot, but does anyone have a working socket 754 mobo? Overclocking capabilities not necessary, I just am looking for something stable to support a sempron 2600+ and a 9800pro. My little brother's current socket A board with an old tbird CPU is really showing its age. Was going to buy a mobo for him but I got hit with a car repair and can't afford to do much about it right now

Up for grabs are some random 32MB and 64MB PC100/PC133 sticks of memory and a USB cable for a LG vx8500. I've given away all sorts of goodies in the past (DVD burner, DVD-ROM, CD-ROMs, fans, HDs, memory, other bits and pieces)

Starting to re-aquire some junk.. er.. ah.. treasures!

To give:

1. White paper CD sleeves with clear window ~20-30 pcs. gone - Fin

2. Yepp YP-Z32 Older model with parrallel cable - I got this from the freebies a few months ago but just don't have time - never even tried it. I think the OP said the card slot may be flakey. Again i never even gave it a try.

3. "Tech Gear" portable fm radio - Kids toy, I think but never used.

4. Static bags - 3"x5" slightly used a couple of handfuls- May have stickers on them

5. Misc pc cables. pm me I may have it

6. Creative Camera - older low Megapixel but can also be used as webcam. I'll get the model monumber if anyone is interested. gone - Fin

Old Kodak EasyShare camera DX or CX - like to stick with this style as my wife and I are used to it. Perhaps you have an old 3-4Mpixel stuffed away in your closet when you upgraded? Of course would pay for shipping any maybe a little extra?

Hello all

I have aquired an old Ipaq Desktop that has a "multibay" This is right from the manual " It is a special drive bay that supports a variety of optional 12.7-mm removable drives...These drives may also be used with the multibay on Compaq Armada notebook PCs" I'm not too familiar with it yet but it looks like a laptop style drive bay stuck to the side of the case. I was hoping to find a DVD and/or CDRW drive for it. Any help would be great.

I have also aquired an Emachines 633IDS desktop and will be parting it out unless someone wants local pickup to 02648. The only thing I may keep is the HDD but I may have a 10 gig to put in. This thing is bone stock. Let me kow if there is anything you could use from it.

I also still have most of the stuff I posted a couple days ago.

Looking for a power adapter for an older Lexmarx All-in-one printer (model # X75). This particular adapter is manufactured by Delta, and I think it was used for multiple models of older Lexmark/Dell printers and all-in-ones (However, there may be other compatible adapters). All of a sudden this machine does not power on, and the adapter makes a buzzing sound when plugged in, which makes me think it was damaged somehow.

The part number of the adapter is ADP-25FB. In small print, there seems to be an alternate part number: 13D0300.

Input: 100-125V AC
Output: 30V DC, 0.83A

Does anybody have a USB to PS/2 adapter with some length to it? Not just the solid plastic green one, but one that has about an inch or two of cord between the connectors. I'd appreciate it. Seem my thread above (and way back, part one I think) for stuff I've given.

Added: Palm Tungsten E with smashed LCD and battery probably takes no charge. You can salvage the PCB. Also styli for same, I have 4, up to 2 per order.

Quite a few Centronics parallel printer cables. 6' or so in length. Also a couple of 10' long if you need the extra length.

Gone Pieces of a Powerbook G4 400MHz/1MB cache/8MB Video/DVD: The LCD doesn't look broken. The hinges are totally kaput. The main board is there. Bottom cover, but not screws and perhaps some latches broken. No RAM, no HDD. No keyboard. DVD drive present, cable thereof is not.
This is AS IS, I have never seen it work. Someone else where I work tossed it and I salvaged the RAM and Airport card.

IBM Thinkpad 760ED. Original 2.1GB HDD. Pentium 133 MHz. 32MB or 48MB EDO RAM (built-in RAM and one SoDIMM). Built-in 6X CD-ROM drive, and I have the floppy drive that swaps in. 1024X768 TFT 12.1" LCD. No battery. No evidence of physical damage. I do not have a power supply to test it with, uses 20V with a proprietary plug.
This is AS IS, I have never seen it work. Picked it up at the local recycling depot.

For all or any of the above, pay shipping + $1 for gas&packaging.

There is some wear and tear but this case is suitable for a server or something where cooling is first and foremost.
