I need:

(internal) 3.5" hard drive to 5.25" drive bay adapter
Sound Blaster Live (or Audigy)
(external) 5.25" drive bay plate/cover for the front of a case (whatever the size, I'll make it work)

Need retention bracket on motherboard for P4 478 type CPU.
This is the bracket for the heatsink-fan for the CPU and not the clips that connect
to it. Not sure how universal these are or if it has to be a P4 type.
Help an idiot out!

I am looking for some LOW DENSITY PC133 laptop memory. I would like two 256MB sticks to max out the memory in this laptop I am putting back together, but a single 256MB or 128MB would be fine as well. just has to be low density or this laptop won't take it. Rather hard to find this stuff anymore for anything close to reasonable prices it seems.

Another thing would be a 1GHz mobile P3 chip (or standard chip, can a normal P3 CPU work in a laptop???) Currently have a 600MHz chip in there and would like to bump it up if possible. 133MHz FSB is OK.

Thanks

To give:

Disassembled corpse of Inspiron 8200.
Includes: complete LCD with bezel and cover, keyboard, keypad/palm rest, various circuit boards (motherboard, modem, video, ???), floppy drive in caddy, and the bottom plastic. Also a bag of screws

Before you jump: This appears to have been exposed to water - there is much rust and water stains on most everything. Before I took the CPU out I plugged in power and it was totally non responsive, not even smoke:roll:

Note, other than the floppy, everything that can be detached had been removed. The following are NOT there: CPU, RAM, mini-PCI wireless, HDD/caddy, optical drive/caddy, WiFi antenna, battery, plastic covers to the bottom cavities.

I can put it all in a box and ship to you, just PayPal the shipping cost +$1 for gas/packing.

Again: any electronics (inc. the LCD) is suspect. Purchase as is.

Up to 12X CD-R/W drives.
These are pulls with unknown history. For a freebie I will power them up and see that they read CDs. If you want testing for CD writing, I'll charge $3 for the time and CD-R blank.
Either way, you pay shipping.
First comer gets the faster (the rhyme is free as well)

What I have :

64mb Geforce4 MX400 with 64-Bit memory and RCA-out -_- This card was pulled from my parents HP ( iece of shit ) when I put a 256mb 9550 in it for them. I'll include the latest drivers on a CD along with RivaTuner and GPU-Z.

I guarantee this card will not be DOA and that it OC's to 300/540 Yeah I know, I'm a twisted sick mofo This OC bought almost 10 fps more in DOOM3 @ 640x480 minimum everything.

==========================================================

64mb GF4 MX420 with 64-bit mem and S-video out

This card is an HP pull from a cousins machine when I gave him my old HD 2600 Pro. He played all kindsa crap like CS:S and AOE on this poor little card.

This card was gaming away untill about 2 weeks ago so it should still be working.

==========================================================

21x Shuttle floppy cables like the one in this pic. The cables with the orange clips on them are the ones I have.

==========================================================

1x Foxconn floppy cable like the sleeved one here. Sorry for the small pic but its the only I could find on such short notice.

==========================================================

2x Shuttle IDE cables like the ones in this pic. They are the ones that have been cut and banded to allow better airflow

==========================================================

1x Abit IDE/Floppy kit. These are the standard black Abit cables

==========================================================

1x Shuttle IDE/Floppy cable kit. These are the black ones with the standard non banded IDE cable, just the flat one this time arround.

==========================================================

2x 1 Mega Ohm varriable potentiometers with shiny silver stereo style knobs on them.

These were being used on a mod project till I decided to go instead with 2x 1Mega Ohm 20 turn trimmers Both of them are the 1/4" shaft style potentiometers that I purchased from Radio Shack. I cut pin 3 off of each unit and they still have solder remnants on pins 1 and 2 that I'm too lazy to remove

If you want to vmod a mobo that uses 1 Mega Ohm potentiometers to mod then this is prob the cheapest way to get 1 or 2 that already have pretty handles. I also markes arrows with a + and - on showing which way gives more or less resistance so there's no accidental over-volting of components

1 potentiometer is weak at arround 990k Ohms and one is strong at about 1.048 Mega Ohms.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Stuff I've given away :

If I wanted recognition for it all I'd sell it and get HEAT evals

Shame on the arrogant noobs that tout what they've given away like they're some kind of god for giving away stuff they'd have otherwise trashed.

Either do it as a selfless act or don't do it at all

I was "given" a broken and old G3 Mac machine.....scavenged some parts that didn't look hurt to offer as freebies for cost of shipping

1. 300 mhz cpu (I can provide as much detail as I know if interested)

2. Rage 128 PCI video card (this I actually stuck in a system....WinXP recognizes as a video adapter but the mac BIOS has it confused as far as drivers I think)

3. 6.4 gig IBM hdd - states Apple firmware on the label
