Zelensky isn’t the only leader who has swapped the suit for a combat-ready outfit to honor the soldiers fighting off the Russian offensive. His transformation has been compared to Winston Churchill when visiting Washington during World War Two.
The question came from a conservative reporter Brian Glenn, a right-wing channel which has been criticized for spreading conspiracy theories and misinformation.

I thought about the lilies in the field and took to sweats sweatpants and T-shirts. The only accommodation to the sensibilities of other I make anymore is to wipe and tie back my hair.

Suit, what's that?
Somebody better tell President Musk.

Due to the fact that conservatives are much like Jekyll-n-Hyde copy cats, they have a need to be hypocrites in order to serve their schizophrenic personalities that always seems to conflict with each other. They live in this condition being victims of their own multiple personalities, yet having a compunction to be the victims of some other person(s) or entities so as to hold themselves blameless for their afflictions.

Along comes the evil liberals of whom these righteous split-personality godly conservatives have been told by their clergy that they can dump all of their guilt-ridden conflict driven sins and personal problems on and be totally justified in doing so because God said so.

I havn't worn a suit and tie in at least 25 years. I used to wear ties to work in the early 1990s but most have disintegrated by now.

When right wingers have nothing, they turn to inconsequential bullshit

Remember the uproar over Obama's tan suit

Then someone recalled.

Then I reminded those so called non-racist Republicans y'all don't apply the same laws/rules to us darkies.

Then again just a week or so ago they had a Ballcap, T-shirt wearing drug addict speaking from the OO with his rugrat insulting Trump the whole time.

Again, we should demand our elected officials submit to pre employment drug tests to be able to be sworn in then random ones afterwards like the rest of "The Peasants" have to for employment.

This is a non story. The real story and issue that needs to be addressed is trans men in women’s sports!

Are we going to have a national database of photos of everyone's genitals?

Marriage license only official with photos of each member's genitals?

Big brother wants a peek!

Yeah suits are a big deal in the White House... that's why we always see Leon there in a T shirt, black jeans and ballcap.

I'm just glad we've got the supporters of a twice impeached draft dodger, convicted felon, sexual predator, conman, insurrectionist and traitor to tell everyone else what brings shame to the Oval Office.

A hero fighting for Ukraine's existence and Europe's future, who's only said thank you 33 times. That motherfucker.

Uh, yeah, the Republicans have turned America on its head. WTF is going on?????????????????

Met a guy via Yelp who I had over to look into doing some tree work for me. We got talking, and he could really talk. Said he'd voted Republican his whole life. This was in summer, pre election. I ask him if he's gonna vote for Trump. He hesitated a little but said "no." I figure he probably did though. He did not do my trees. He's transplanted from IIRC PA or NJ. I don't get to talk to people about their politics usually. But I can't imagine having anyone in my house who votes R. Doing work on my property? Probably not.

I wanted to hire Greenman to remodel my house because I know from his posts that I could trust him even with my life. I respect you too, Muse as a decent human being.

I didn't hire Greenman and I would have hesitated to do so because of his backpedaling political stances/ideas. He may be a good contractor but quite honestly I have to figure he wouldn't be the best person to have honest assessments of best practices for all situations given his misconstruing tendencies. He's now on the other side of the country, so...

Frankly, I wouldn't want to hire someone who watches Fox News or have them in my house. The stuff I've seen from them was offensive to me. I have never watched them directly, only segments/snippets presented elsewhere.

I’ve generally voted Liberal. But back when the Ontario Liberal party screwed up so badly and knew Doug Ford would win, I did vote NDP as an anti Ford vote. While left leaning, I do wonder if there’s a line that my favoured party to cross that I’d ever totally flip flop and vote Conservative?

While I love your post for its truthfulness, I find the rage to be pointless. To me it’s a kind of food that brings vampire pleasure to the one who can evoke it.

Your signature on the other hand, “ is he dead yet”, is a hope to live for.

I voted for a Republican over Diane Feinstein for being true to the name. Why not have the real thing?

I have no voice in who you would employ and for what reasons. I did ask him to do work for me in reality. I trust how I feel and my ability to assess character. His political beliefs mean nothing to me in comparison to how I believe he would treat me as a person. My parents were both Republican voters, quite insane, but I miss them a lot.

My personal opinion is that people look quite different after having died to one’s ego or at least to some measure.

Do we judge the world based on sacred cows? I think so. So what happens when you discover that your whole system of belief was predicated on lies. Do you think that dying to everything you hold sacred happens pain free. Why would the empty judge?

What you truly own is what you have after a shipwreck. What if in that darkness you discover treasure beyond your wildest dreams? What if the eye of the beholder is the creator of beauty that God was always with you within? Wouldn’t Greenman look different then?

I really don't have sacred cows. I'm not going to suddenly discover that my mind/thinking/world-view is predicated on lies because I haven't been living that way. I was a man before my time. When other youths were deluded I was not and I haven't lost that.

Sacred cows are beliefs you have like that you don't have any sacred cows but comfort the ego to have. Not saying you were not more honest than most only that in my opinion it's something for which there's no objective proof. I think everybody things they are more objective than others. So telling yourself that you are not going to discover anything new is a bad idea in my opinion. It requires a kind of certainty I find impossible to prove and smacks, therefore, of a kind of arrogance. Again, not saying you're wrong, only that I can't believe in myself that way. I don't know what I don't know and the loss of the comfort in thinking that way was a heavy price to pay.

For example, in reading that guy you quote in our sig, Jalaludidn Rumi, I have the sense he was far beyond what I will ever understand but whether actually true or not would be invisible to me. How would I know? But does it not make sense that the greatest minds can't be seen by ordinary people? How can you identify wisdom without having it.

I certainly don't figure I've developed some unfailing sense of things. One expression you hear occasionally from even pretty smart people (presumably) is "you learn something new every day." I find that ludicrous. My entire world view changes constantly.
