Hmm, I'd bite, but being a refurb and $70 more than the fire sale I'm a little hesitant.

For $40 more I could get a new one off of Amazon, decisions, decisions.

I bit. For 225 shipped it is still a great tablet that can run android.

Fire > Touchpad, that damn thing is so anti-ergonomical.

Did the "deep-sleep" finally get fixed for Android on the Touchpad? With decent usage, I can go a week or more with decent usage before having to plug it in.

Mine is working very well with ICS installed. I do like and still use webOS but cm9 is a big leap forward IMHO

I have one of mine running with CM9 ICS and it's a awesome! There are still some bugs, but far fewer than i expected. I'm just waiting for the camera to get fixed and maybe HD video...other then that I'm pretty happy.
