Hmm, that makes it 256MB per side; that's probably too high density for the GX chipset I have in my Tyan S1837, which has 2 x 512MB registered ecc now, with dual P400's. Darn. I may order some just to try it out anyways.
The asus cur-dls board that the 6400/7400 are based on can support 100Mhz FSB processors; you could downgrade the single P933 to dual coppermine 100FSB (say, 800Mhz) and stick two of these dimms in (maybe). A speed hit, but cheap processors and memory.
