I wonder if the prices will drop further as soon as they release the 2Gb sticks.

Honestly I don't see a need for a 2gb in my PSP, besides them just being too expensive ($350 or so) 1 gig is plenty of space.
You must not do much with Video or Audio. I can EASILY reach 1 GB without even thinking about it....

I hope so, somewhere online I saw that Sandisc will have 2gb's out by next month. and 4 gig by this summer. Honestly I don't see a need for a 2gb in my PSP, besides them just being too expensive ($350 or so) 1 gig is plenty of space. Now the only question is can I wait for the 2's to hit to see if the 1's dip below $100

dont think it matters since as long as it fits into the little slot.
but someone may come out with a external "device" that connects via the usb port.. hmmmmm
Hmmm, this kinda disprove that a bigger mem stick wont work.Originally posted by: QueBert

I heard that PSP's have a max of 1GB memory stick. I read that it was so people couldn't find a way to fit a UMD game onto a memory stick. I have no clue if this is true but I read it on some game sites.
