I didn't think about the best thing to write in a minute. I did the excercise for real and started the countdown and without time to think I could only jot down things that came to mind that made me happy as they came to mind. If i had taken time to evaluate wether or not those things should be on the list, that would have eaten up all the time. Don't you get it? There is time pressure.
