Same, except I'm still on the fence. I really want it, and I want to get a PS4. However, the prices on the consoles are so bad, when compared to the XB1, that it's hard to pull the trigger. What I can get for $300 now with Microsoft is $350-400 with Sony. I've already got an XB1, though. It's just hard to bite the bullet of a more-expensive console with a free game I don't want (Black Ops 3), just to play baseball.
For whatever reason I can't get into modern console baseball games. Ken Griffey Jr. presents MLB on the SNES is the last baseball game that I could really play, and I was obsessed with it. Baseball is easily my favorite sport, just ask my wife I rarely miss an O's game, but I just can't get into it on modern consoles.
Not having ANY baseball last year (we had an X360) and years prior having to deal with MLB2k (not bad, just isn't The Show), I bit the bullet and got the PS4 for the son for Christmas. He played a ton of GTAV on it (as he did on the PC, and 360) but now it just sits pretty much idle, waiting for 3/29.
i can't get into modern sports games in general. i haven't liked them since like nfl 2k2. i did like me some nba street jamz though, the more arcadey games. but the maddens, mlb, nhl, nba games just bore me to death.
the last baseball game i loved was also ken griffey's baseball, but it was the one on n64.

I do miss the arcadey games too - The Bigs was a GREAT series as was Street Jamz and the like. REALLY wish somebody would make a new Bigs game though. Those were a blast.
Honestly, in modern games I rarely play a "season" or "franchise". I do a lit of the "My Player" stuff or fantasy teams etc. Nothing beats head to head games though with friends/family. Especially when they are in the room with you. My son is in for some monumental trash talking this year.
Are there any major changes to the game this year? Haven't played it since the first release for PS4.

Which version is everyone getting? I'm going to get the PS4 LE, because the steelbook looks cool. I keep telling myself I'm going to go buy the steelbook for MLB 15 as well because the wood grain is such a cool thing. I'm wondering if this baseball one will be cool, or just some molded and painted metal. Regardless, I'm going to spend the extra $10 (well, only $8 after GCU) for that nice packaging. I guess I will use the DLC, but I care less about that.

Getting the MVP edition

Don't care about the special case all that much. Want the DLC though. In fact, if you don't want your codes, I will buy them off you
I wish Amazon had the discount on digital downloads as then I'd buy the digital version and get all the extra DLC content. Sort of sucks they don't give the discount on anything but hardcopies -- I'd love not to have to deal with a disc, but not at $40 more.

I'd be willing to discuss the DLC once the game releases. However, I will want to see how it is delivered. Though I don't care for the DLC content much (I mean, I'd use it, but not be excited I got it or anything), I'd like to have the avatars. So, hopefully the stuff is on separate codes, because I'd like have a Cubs logo on my profile. If it's all one DLC code, I'll have to think a bit harder on it, I guess.
