Nah, not boring. I'm not a HUGE fan of all the alternates. I like some, but the orgy of options teams have is a joke (I'm looking at YOU Brewers). I like clean and simple and "traditional". Though I hate the Yankees team

Don't ever watch the Diamondbacks then. Their normal home jersey is really derpy. The only ones I really don't like are the Mets and the Padres' camouflage jerseys.

The Brewers jerseys aren't too bad. I went to Miller park when I was 14. It was pretty cool. Compared to the 50 times I've been to ancient Fenway, it was different to go to a brand new park.

Miller Park is decent -- already showing it's age.

Brewers have FIVE different "official" uniforms this season. None of which I'm overly excited about. They have done away with the piss-yellow tops which is nice. In the past they have done "specials" too for different ethnic groups. (Spanish, German, Italian and polish) which happens to correspond with types of racing sausages as well.

I just beat Conquest this morning -- opened my 10 pack and got 1 silver card (rest were bronze and common). Packs are just ridiculously stupid and pointless.

Now to start grinding innings against the Yetis and get some bonus FB cards.

Yeah I should have bought some rookie cards. What's the best deal now?
Thor is in the captains (again) as of today and I FINALLY have enough tickets AND a lvl 30 captain to buy him.

I'm afraid to buy him though -- I know as soon as I do they are going to unveil level 40 and lvl 50 captain rewards and I will then have 0 tickets

I just honestly can't get enough stubs to buy anything worthwhile.

SDS has done a MASTERFUL job in (almost) forcing you to buy stubs if you want to get diamond players and the like. I have not, and will not, give them my money though

Eh, once you get the hang of flipping on the market, they build up pretty quickly.

I flip a lot at work -- but it's only like 300-600 profit per flip. And now that the online market is back the market is FLOODED.

I won't reveal all of my secrets, but you have to check up on your prices pretty often for it to be truly effective. You are certainly right about the market being flooded. My best cards pull in about 1000-1500 per flip.

BASTARD!! I haven't gotten ONE yet -- though I've only played maybe a dozen times. Beasts are a good team to play too, but they can't throw strikes. So you just get your walk. Steal around to 3rd and then get home. Games are longer though due to having to wait for a walk.


I lost to the yetis last night (almost all Twins team trying to grind out innings).

Flipped Price today 3 times for 800 profit each time.
I'm really excited.. I have over 15k stubs for the first time in a LONG time!

I'm just grinding out a couple more rookie missions. Jay Bruce and Howie Kendrick. Getting doubles is way tougher when you're thinking about it with one specific batter. I'm also finishing up the collect equipment missions. It's hard to justify spending 12k on a piece of equipment that I'll never use, though.

What's Lackey's mission? The Kendrink is cheap, but the prime only sells for like 1K more it looks like.
