Very occasionally I drink lemon- or citron-flavoured soft drinks.

Just 10oz of coffee in the morning and a lot of water for the rest of the day.

Used to have an OJ and protein drink every day, but doctor asked me to knock it off for a while to see if it helps my blood sugar and hypertension.

Hot black tea with milk and sugar in the morning and iced tea at lunch and dinner. I've had coffee just once in the last three years and have a soda about every three or four weeks at best. I just love tea (my Southern mom used to put sweet tea in our baby bottles - I shit your not).

Water. I occasionally have milk or iced tea but water is the only constant I drink daily. I gave up on soda's a couple years back and keep anything sugary to the limited occasion list.

Coffee, protein shake, water, green tea. I stick with this on the daily and it seems to work great for me.
