from what they are saying the apogee is as good or better than the storm. which is beyond impressive really. i have a storm and its amazing.

I like that Jab-Tech outfit. They sent prompt email notifications, and I got a tracking number from them and from USPS without asking.

Now to choose a pump! I want something really quiet. I also remember seeing something about a chipset waterblock that would fit on the A8N-SLI without obstructing either SLI slot.

OK..this is my first Waterblock purchase...have always wanted to try watercooling...what else do I need to get in order to have a working water cooling system?

if you've done your reading like i have, its all speculative until independent testing is done. also it is dependent on whether you are cooling a small or large die (for example, ihs off or on)

thats why i say claimed to be, its a good block for the money for sure, but time will tell how good. i would think it must be awful close anyways because the results cant be that skewed.

any results would be +/- 2 degree differences. Your ambient temperture in your room will have an overall effect on watercooling more than anything else.

i was talking about the results released from swiftech on it.
i wouldnt even look at results done from my computer.

the average system isnt all that much. i could build one with that block for around 100.00
i love water cooling and have a very top end water cooling system and i spent around 200
