I forgot about this thread the last couple weeks, so here are some updates:
10/14: 20 pull-ups + 5 during warm-up
10/15: 80 pull-ups + 5 during warm-up
10/24: 21 consecutive dead hang pull-ups (new PR)
10/27: 36 pull-ups + 5 during warm-up
105 this week (all chins though). I'm to the point where I can do sets of 3 pretty consistently, which had been my goal for the end of November. I also hurt much less
