Did 40 today. I thinking if I should switch it up a little bit and do sets of 10 instead of 15. So I'll do 4 sets of 10 with 1) over hand, hands together, 2) over hand, outside of shoulder (like if you form a Y), 3) under hand, parallel to shoulder, and 4) hands cup, parallel to shoulder. So that will work 4 different sets of muscle groups.
I find myself getting lighter in the past 2 weeks, so the pull ups have been getting real easy to do. If I do another 25 tonight, I can bring the total over 8000!
