Is there anyone that can help me with the problem?

Are the Minidump and Temp files causing this problem?

First thought: hardware problems.

Run memtest86+ for some hours, prime95 or sp2004 for stability.

Still need to be more specific, the specific model of the motherboard for instance.

In any case, let's start with the basics. Assuming this is a clean installation, have you updated to the latest drivers yet? Is anything overclocked (check, because it might be inadvertent).

Google CPU-Z, run it and post a screenshot of all the tabs.

Good job blaming Vista. Obviously Vista is the problem. Uninstall it and install Linux and all your problems will be solved. Men will be envious and Women will want to be the mother of your children.

I'm not blaming Vista as it worked great for the first 8 months.

This is an HP big box store computer that came with Vista Home Premium already installed on it.

How do I get the dump?

I found the Memory.dmp file but have no idea how to open it.

Is this the Dump?

If its new PC with preinstalled OS its very likely that its loaded with tons of crapware - if you have Vista DVD fastest solution might be format and fresh install - or at least uninstall that crapware.

1GHz is fine, that's Cool n' Quiet working. Memory seems to be running in spec so it's not overclocked inadvertently.

Okay, now you'll have the tedious task of updating drivers. Since it's an nforce motherboard with a 6150, upgrade to the latest nforce drivers and forceware drivers.

I would try some simple solutions like disable Cool n Quiet does it still crash?

Any info in Control Panel?(Problems Reports ,Solutions icon).
