Metallica has tons - live is to die, eye of the beholder, blackened, so many too hard to list

megadeth has a ton as well

nirvana might not have the best solos in terms of diffculty but the rythem of their songs are downright amazing (come as you are, lithium,etc..)

For people who put down nirvana, nirvana made grudge and without them i dont no where we would be today.

Give credit where credit is due and kurt cobain should be regarded as one of the best musicians and songwriters ever. >>

Megadeth=fast and cool, metallica=impressive and cool, and nirvana=cool..... hows that?

Hmm. Am not quite sure which part you're talking about, but no, I don't think so. The part that starts at ~3:30 is Hetfield. The part that starts at ~3:52 is Hetfield and Hammett harmonizing. The solo at ~4:11 is Hetfield. Then they both harmonize again until ~4:48, when Hetfield plays the riff at 3:30, only distorted. Then comes the "Master! master! where's the dreams that I've been after?", bit.. and then Hammett's monster solo at 5:43. That's the one he was talking about, I'm sure.

For Whom the Bell Tolls is the only metallica song that doesen't have a solo. I mean, i guess.. I never really considered the little licks to be "solos".. lol
