150w is normal for these tiny cases, and nothing to worry about.
I build and resell HTPC's running NF2, Barton, ATi 9600 Pro, DVD, HD, Floppy, DVB-S and HDTV cards, multiple fans, and 150w is more than enough.

$9 case: $19 - $10 Mwave Bonus Dollars onscreen.
Enlight cases I've owned were all decent quality, and a step up from the usual flyweight computer show junk.

Nice case, too bad shipping is $18 to NJ. They are starting to reputable like Newegg, they should open a warehouse on the east coat.

I'm considering building a htpc but I don't know if I like this case. I take it that this does take full size pci cards.

Anyone know if this will take a standard mATX PS (i.e. upgradeable PS)? TIA.

You are correct on it taking full PCI cards. From all the desktop mATX cases I have purchased, a good rule of thumb is if you see 2x 5 1/4" bays stacked, 99.99999999999999% of the time that means it takes full size PCI cards.

RobsTV, which mobos are youusing for your htpc, also which hdtv card? I am trying to gather the parts for my htpc and would like to get a decent mobo that don't need a big psu. TIA for any help.

I like the old Asus A7N266-VM because it has MCP-D, but not for Bartons.
For Bartons, Albatron KM18G Pro works great.
For most users, a $50 XP2000+ is enough, so A7N266-VM is fine, and the hardware DD 5.1 more than makes up for slightly slower CPU.

For HDTV use, AccessDTV card for OTA PVR HDTV, and use either Skystar 2 or Twinhan 1020a DVB-S card for sat HDTV.

The cases I like to use are these Maxtop's from Newegg
For those that like a funky case, These from Directron work well.
Case from Directron require tiny fingers, while the Maxtops at Newegg are a joy to work with.

Also $17 s/h for me to MD = $26.36 shipped. Not exactly the prettiest HTPC case is it?

The PSU definitely looks like a standard mATX power supply.

Hey RobsTV,

How much do those cases weigh? I'm looking to build the lightest weight system I can.

fyi, newegg owns mwave.
I bought from them before newegg bought them, there service is still pretty much the same, but their prices are a little higher now (guess newegg doesn't want them undercutting thier prices anymore )

huh...when did newegg buy down mwave?!

I used to buy stuff from mwave before newegg even existed. In fact, the first computer I built was built with a ton of the parts sourced from mwave, if I recall correctly only the video card, dvd-rom drive, and humongous Alpha heatsink were purchased elsewhere. mWave was OK, although their listing description for the case I bought was actually wrong in describing the # of bays and when I called to complain nothing really got done. Annoying but oh well.
