I'm considering building a htpc but I don't know if I like this case. I take it that this does take full size pci cards.

RobsTV, which mobos are youusing for your htpc, also which hdtv card? I am trying to gather the parts for my htpc and would like to get a decent mobo that don't need a big psu. TIA for any help.

I like the old Asus A7N266-VM because it has MCP-D, but not for Bartons.
For Bartons, Albatron KM18G Pro works great.
For most users, a $50 XP2000+ is enough, so A7N266-VM is fine, and the hardware DD 5.1 more than makes up for slightly slower CPU.
For HDTV use, AccessDTV card for OTA PVR HDTV, and use either Skystar 2 or Twinhan 1020a DVB-S card for sat HDTV.
The cases I like to use are these Maxtop's from Newegg
For those that like a funky case, These from Directron work well.
Case from Directron require tiny fingers, while the Maxtops at Newegg are a joy to work with.

Nice case, too bad shipping is $18 to NJ. They are starting to reputable like Newegg, they should open a warehouse on the east coat.

fyi, newegg owns mwave.
I bought from them before newegg bought them, there service is still pretty much the same, but their prices are a little higher now (guess newegg doesn't want them undercutting thier prices anymore )
