The score on hotornot.com is simply a percentile ranking, so I'm fairly certain you'll NEVER see a 10, simply because you can never be in the 100th percentile. However, you can be in the 99th percentile, and thus 9.9 is the highest.

i did that a year ago egowolf and i got a 9.8 =D funny thing is compared to the other guys with my score i looked like a scrawny 10 year old! at least since then i gained 20 lbs all muscle heheh...hotornot round 2 here we go

i think they changed the rating system because in the really really early days of hotornot (before when it was amihotornot.com) all the guys would be getting ratings around 1 or 2...then suddenly it went up a lot, heh. i think they're just being really generous becaues of all the hard ratings guys were getting..that or it is percentile
