Anyone see any other magazines with this coupon? The publisher responsible for "
Maxim" publishes at least two (2) more magazines,
Stuff (male-oriented magazine similar to "
Maxim") and
The Weekly (a US News & World Report kind of periodical). With the exception of
Blender and "
Spin", "they" sure are targeting the tech-savy middle-aged consumer-market, aren't they???
And NO, you can't trick the dumb CSRs, the coupon is coded into their computer system and will show on your receipt as "
Holiday Magazine Coupon" - it will show on their register screen as "
Holiday Package ". You do have to be careful, if the CSR doesn't know what they're doing, the coupon will come-up as a $10.00 off coupon - not 10-percent off. But then again, if the item is less than $100 - $10.00 off is better - pray for incompetence!
