Awesome man, way to goNot a mileage update by any stretch, but I did want to tell my running brethren that in the last 2 months I have managed to drop 12 pounds whilst getting myself trained for Virgil Crest. I think in one more month (the race is 9/24) I can be down a solid 20 pounds. Some observations:
1. I feel better when I run (well, all the time actually). My legs suffer so much less punishment.
2. I feel hopped up all the time. My metabolism is through the roof.
3. I am hungry much of the time but my appetite is sated with less food.
4. Not really a good thing for a married man but the women are looking at me far more. My wife has noted instances where I get stalked in public places. This could be a problem, my wife is a jealous woman. oops
