+12 yesterday in a light rain. It felt awesome for the most part. Can't wait to not be running in heat again.

7 miles today in the rain. Ran the same course last Monday, except it was in the mid 80's, whereas today, it was nice and cool in the low 70's. I was almost 1 minute per mile faster today. Temperature really affect my speed.
