So I must admit I'm a wee bit crazy. Did 5 miles this morning when I started it was -5F with a windchill if -23F. I had 6 layers on and was never cold but never really warm either. My eyebrows and eyelashes froze. The Detroit river the unfrozen part was literally steaming. So ready for spring at this point.

I ran 21.4 this week: Sun 9, Tues 2, Wed 2, Thurs 2, Sat 5.4. But, I just read the OP and now learned that I should be counting my walking distance! I try to get in a 2.3 mile walk done on Mondays (my non-running day). So, make that 23.7 rounded up to 24 because I did another short walk but didn't log it.

That does sound / look a bit brutal. I usually find that I'm typically a bit cold during the start but still sweating after a run in the cold weather. Are you saying that you never even started to sweat?

I never sweated during that run at all until I got back into my warm house. Kinda crazy how cold it was that day, but given the windchill and the constant wind I'm also not surprised.
