Haven't posted in a while, but still going strong on my runs. I started using a half size bigger shoe and it has done wonders on my achy toes. I highly suggest it!

This IT band is going to make for a crappy half in two weeks. Oh well, if I have to walk some of it so be it. I'm sticking to 5k/10K after this I think.
