123 miles since my last post. Thank goodness my Garmin keeps my miles or I would never have remembered.
(I added TraumaRN's miles in as well)

I'm going to cheat, but I haven't posted since Nov 2013. +1119 miles. Been a depressing couple of years after stress fracture. Felt good in late 2013/early 2014, then had some knee issues that sidelined me most of the rest of 14 and early 15.
Also add in baby boy born in Oct '14 and I've been ok with just putzing around instead of running. Finally signed up for another half (Tulsa in Nov) - finally got to above 80 miles for the month of August. 2015 mileage almost equals what I ran in 2014 (508 miles) so feel pretty good about things right now
Side note - HR training is def the way to go. Not sure how I ran before this.

Ran and finished the Barkley Fall Classic 'marathon'(was actually a 50K distance wise) on Sept 19th. Hardest race of my life. Here's my race report...going to make a post on the main board of H&F as well.

28 miles this week.
Ran a half marathon today. Like clockwork my IT Band starting hurting at about mile 7. Not sure why, I have been running 10-12 mile long runs every damned weekend for six months with no issues. Walked the water breaks to give it some rest. Ended up coasting in at 1:55, wasn't even tired just sore as hell.

Get better soon, and 1:55 is still a solid result!
264 for the month for me. Marathon training continues. Two more weeks!

264!!
You are going to kill that marathon. That's quite a monthly total.
