20 miles for me this morning. Felt very smooth and maintained a good pace. My longest week ever at 110 km (68 miles)!

Out of curiosity, what pace did you hit for your 20 miles?

as a nice follow-up to my track workout last week, I had the best long run of my life today. Did 23.5 miles, felt awesome the entire time, and actually picked up the pace to somewhere between half marathon and marathon pace for the last 5.5 miles. Ended with a 5:59 mile, which was sweet. If I feel like that for the marathon, I'm gonna be very very happy. I was seriously clicking of 6:!5s after running for 2 and a half hours feeling great, and I wasn't even tired when I finished. I felt like I just got back from a 5-mile jog. Awesome. Rounding down to 23 for 8886

If I have been running all summer and logging miles for myself but just found about this thread, should I post them?
Hi Juked07,
Welcome! The rule I've been applying to late-comers is to count any mileage you've logged since the beginning of the thread (i.e. March 3/09).
Thanks!
