Thanks. It's hard but we are going to be ok. It's difficult to see a 60 year old man who was a bull last year reduced to what he is now.

Anyways, just got back from a short, boring, yet convenient 5 mile road run. Head winds and black ice added some zest but not enough to make it fun.
