+7 Today. I ran some long ass stairs the other day too. Did 4 sets. Must've been like 50 steps. Didn't feel anything afterward, but legs got shaky. No affect the next day.

42 for me since I last posted. Ran the Utica Boilermaker 15K on Sunday in 55:46 (5:59 pace). A bit slower than I wanted but it was brutally humid and warm, and the times were slow across the board. My quads are destroyed now though! Could barely eke out 6 miles yesterday and 8 today. So much for running some serious mileage this week!

I did 15 at 8:42 min/mile pace this morning. A triathlon down at the lake slowed me down a bit.

Only 22 miles this week. The heat and humidity is killing me. I was completely soaked from sweat after a 8 mile run this morning. Going to PDX in a couple of weeks to take the girls to see the grandparents. Hopefully the weather will be better than here in Dixie.
