I just did 5.2 miles along the lake in my new Altra Instinct 1.5s. I've been running in zero drop trail shoes for a year now so this is not a huge transition for me, but I will say it is different doing zero drop on trails and on roads. Gonna work my way up again. The good news is that my recovery from the 50 seems to be going well which is good as I have 6 months to get ready for my 100.
