Went to PT this week and she was able to identify my issue by having me walk back and forth. She popped out my hip and rearranged stuff. The night of, my hip was killing but the next day it felt good. Ran Thursday night and it felt good. Today, it felt good again on my long run but my PT and I decided to run a little shorter than I had originally planned.

6.2 miles yesterday in my new neighborhood. I found a county park with a mountain bike network in it. I didn't have water/gel with me so I couldn't explore them fully, but I did cruise for a mile on them and it's really nice. I'm very happy about this.
