I completed the application as well, but didn't see anything about the $100. The code was entered, however.

I always hate clicking on links and entering my personal info on line, so I went to BoA site and did a search for MyAccess. The promotion code was different (since it didn't have to 100 bucks), but otherwise the site was the same.

Just in case, however, I did fill out the application from the link provided. Hope it wasn't a fraud .

It's already been 8 weeks for me since I sign up, I still don't get my credit.
How long did it took you to get your credit?

Just a note about this-- I signed up yesterday, and now I can't log in to my credit card account because it requires me to enter my ATM card number and PIN, which I don't have yet. So I guess I'll have to wait to get those in the mail before I can access my credit card account again. (There is no way around this that I can see-- the site specifically says, you can't get past this unless you enter the info.)

Not a big deal for me since I don't have a payment due soon or anything, but something you might want to be aware of.

I opened by account in late March. And yesterday I was charged a monthly maintenance fee for not having a direct deposit. I called up a CSR and explained to her about the coupon offer. She didn't quite get what I meant. She put me on hold for a full 15 min, then asked if I used Bill-Pay. I said, I do use Bill-Pay. She then said, she will apply a monthly maintenance fee waiver on my account. Unfortunately, the waiver can only last for a year. So she asked me to give them a call every year to reinstate the waiver.

Thats my story. Anyone else has had a similar experience??

according to the FW thread it appears they do report this so don't be surprised if you get a 1099 in Jan or Feb. If so you now owe Uncle Sam about $25.

Call them, as long as you have the promo code you used, they will fix it.

I received mine after calling them about it. I just closed the account after receiving the money probably a month ago.

FYI for those of you still waiting for the $100, I got my credit on Friday (8/17/2007).
