The rebate for the phone states that you must send in the orignal receipt in order to quality for the rebate.

How would you send out a rebate for both the CDRs and the phone?

Also, does anybody know if this is an online deal or B&M?

Got the info from their ads just posted on the web. These deals are usually available both online & in-store. I have a copy of the newspaper style rebate booklet from Office Max and the phone is not in there, which means that a new rebate form will have to appear from somewhere and I doubt that they would restrict it to online only.

Also, when you buy stuff with a rebate at OM, the print out a seperate "rebate receipt" that you would use to send in for rebates that require the original receipt. An OM CSR told me that when you buy online you don't get those little receipts and therefore the manufactures must accept a copy of the packing slip. BTW - if you make a color copy of the packing slip, it looks really close to the original.

OM usually sends you 2 copies... a pink one and a yellow one. So, you're covered. Also, send in a copy of your order e-mail or web-page confirmation.
